For more than 20 years she has worked in leading positions in various international industrial companies. Her career began in finance and accounting, where she assumed overall responsibility for the commercial areas. Gradually, her focus shifted to organizational- & leadership-development, change management and modern HR work. In 2019, she and her husband founded Weber Business Services GmbH to offer a variety of services for successfully implementing change projects. Stefanie is a certified systemic coach, change manager and mediator.

Stefan Weber is managing partner of Weber Business Services GmbH.
He has been working in the IT industry for more than 20 years, 14 of those years in the broadcast industry. In 2000, he started his career as a programmer in the software department of a large German construction company. This was followed by years in the outsourcing of the telecommunications industry before he moved to a manufacturer of software for the media sector in Cologne in 2006 as Technical Project Manager. There he was responsible for the implementation of media asset management systems in Germany and abroad. In 2016, he moved to a German system integrator. In 2019, he founded Weber Business Services GmbH to offer services for the successful implementation of technology projects in the media industry. Stefan Weber is a certified project manager and business analyst. He tailors the selection of methods to the requirements and possibilities of a project and uses classic methods as well as agile approaches.
